Advantages of the plan:
- Simplify construction: Connect the back ribs and formwork tightly through connectors, and construct them as a whole unit to achieve modular operation.
- Construction efficiency improvement: The bracket adopts a fastener steel pipe frame (on-site material can be obtained), and the upper part is welded with 10 # channel steel as a formwork hanger. The formwork is connected together by a chain block, and the bottom of the bracket is equipped with a movable wheel that can be lifted and lowered. After demolding, the unit materials are rotated as a whole to the next construction section, greatly improving construction efficiency.
